Resep Cemilan Sederhana untuk Balita

Selain makanan pokok, balita juga membutuhkan cemilan yang sehat dan bergizi serta diminati. Aneka jenis makanan jadi yang dijual di toko sering mengandung bahan-bahan yang kurang bagus dikonsumsi seperti pengawet, penguat rasa (MSG), dsb. Jadi, walaupun sedikit repot, yuk kita membuat sendiri cemilan untuk anak kita. Berikut ini beberapa tips menu untuk cemilan balita kita.

1. Puding Roti

Bahan:
• Roti tawar 1 kotak
• telur 4
• gula 10 sendok makan sedang (untuk baby diskip aja)
• mentega untuk olesan
• santan kara (2 gelas untuk 4 telur) = sama dengan susu cair ultra (untuk baby diganti SF/asi)
• kelapa muda cincang secukupnya (bisa juga diganti buah2an lain loh seperti strawberry/mangga/apel)

Cara membuat :
1. telur dan gula dikocok lepas (kocok telur tanpa gula untuk konsumsi baby)
2. masukan santan (masukkan susu untuk konsumsi baby)
3. masukan roti disobek
4. masukan kelapa muda cincang
5. tuang ke dalam Loyang yg sudah di oles mentega 6. panggang 180 derajat celcius, 30 menit

PS : resep ini dikukus juga bisa loh, kalo dikukus coba air kukusan dikasih daun pandan, wangi deh.


2. Puding Berwarna

Bahan:
• 750 ml susu
• 150 gram gula pasir
• 1 bungkus agar bubuk
• 1/8 sdt cokelat pasta
• 1/8 sdt stroberi pasta

Bahan II:
• 300 ml air
• 50 gram gula pasir
• 1/2 bungkus agar bubuk

Bahan III:
• 800 ml susu
• 1 bungkus agar bubuk
• 1 kaleng koktil, tiriskan
• 3/4 sdt pasta stroberi
• 200 gram gula pasir
• 1 buah bolu gulung siap pakai, potong tipis 1/2 cm, sisihkan

Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus bahan I sampai mendidih sambil diaduk. Bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian lalu masing-masing ditambah cokelat pasta, stroberi pasta dan sisanya dibiarkan putih.
2. Tuang masing-masing ke dalam mangkuk lalu bekukan. Keruk agar menggunakan kerukan koktil, sisihkan.
3. Rebus bahan II sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, angkat dari api dan setelah hangat tambahkan potongan bahan I, aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam cetakan bulat berukuran diameter 20 cm, bekukan.
4. Rebus bahan III sambil diaduk hingga mendidih, angkat dan diamkan sampai hangat kuku.
5. Tata potongan bolu gulung di atas bahan II mengelilingi tepian loyang dengan rapi.
6. Siram dengan bahan III lalu bekukan. Setelah beku potong-potong lalu sajikan dengan koktil buah dingin.

Most importantly, accept your child for who they are, and help them do the same. Teach your child that nobody is perfect, and that everyone makes mistakes. Show them how to learn and grow from their mistakes, and let them know that you also make mistakes. Children with high self esteem are able to take lessons from mistakes and apply them down the road. A child with low self esteem become frustrated and resort to self-depreciating behavior, such as calling themselves 'stupid' and vowing to 'never try that again.

Help your child discover their abilities and talents, and encourage outlets for them to build on and improve them. Praise a child not only for improvements in abilities and skills, but also for the traits they naturally possess.
Encourage your child to make positive choices. Open an honest dialog with your child and discuss the possibilities with them. Children who learn skills for making positive choices when they are younger are well-prepared for the tougher choices they have to make when they are older.

Ensure that you spend lots of quality time with your child, at least once a week. Whether you are shooting baskets or going out to grab a hamburger, take time to talk and keep in touch. If you find it difficult to squeeze in quality time during a hectic week, take the time to talk about things during the drive to school or while they are helping you put the groceries away.
