Resep Sarapan Anak

Bingung membuat sarapan pagi untuk anak dan keluarga yang enak, bergizi, mudah dan disukai ? Bagaimana kalau kita membuat Sandwich 5 Menit atau Telur Isi Sosis ?

1. Sandwich Daging Asap

Bahan:
• 6 lembar Brown bread atau roti tawar putih
• 100 ml mayonnaise
• 1 sdm saus sambal botolan
• 60 gr daging asap, potong korek api
• 100 gr paprika merah dan hijau, potong dadu panjang
• 60 gr daun selada, potong-potong

Cara Membuat:
1. Potong roti tawar dengan bentuk sesuai selera, beri potongan daun selada dan campuran saus mayonaise + saus sambal.
2. Tambahkan potongan daging asap dan paprika di atasnya. Sajikan segera.
Untuk 6 Porsi

2. Sosis Isi Telur

Bahan :
• sosis
• telur
• merica, garam
• plastik lontong

Cara Membuat :

1. kocok telur, aduk pake merica dan garam
2. masukkan ke kantong plastik ukuran sedang..
3. masukkan sosis 1 batang ke tengahnya...
4. biasanya 1 telur 1 sosis.. telur akan naik menutupi sosis...ikat sosisnya..
5. rebus sebentar, sesudah matang telurnya, keluarkan dari plastic, potong bulat2, goreng sebentar di minyak panas.
6. terserah mau dimakan pake apa aja bisa...kol rajang mentah ato salada...

Show them how to learn and grow from their mistakes, and let them know that you also make mistakes. Children with high self esteem are able to take lessons from mistakes and apply them down the road. A child with low self esteem become frustrated and resort to self-depreciating behavior, such as calling themselves 'stupid' and vowing to 'never try that again.

Help your child discover their abilities and talents, and encourage outlets for them to build on and improve them. Praise a child not only for improvements in abilities and skills, but also for the traits they naturally possess.
Encourage your child to make positive choices. Open an honest dialog with your child and discuss the possibilities with them. Children who learn skills for making positive choices when they are younger are well-prepared for the tougher choices they have to make when they are older.

Ensure that you spend lots of quality time with your child, at least once a week. Whether you are shooting baskets or going out to grab a hamburger, take time to talk and keep in touch. If you find it difficult to squeeze in quality time during a hectic week, take the time to talk about things during the drive to school or while they are helping you put the groceries away.
